Senior Project Manager

Colleen Wolfe serves TWG as Senior Project Manager and has been key to its development, managing project workflow as it transitions from the strategic planning and visioning phase services provided by D. R. Horne to the implementation and development phases of a project that are managed by TWG.  Colleen provides clients with consistent project management across its entire lifecycle, ensuring that client vision and intent is clearly articulated and realized at each stage of the design and development process.

Over the course of Colleen’s seven year tenure with D. R. Horne, she has managed important projects for a diverse set of clients, including non-profit organizations, family foundations and institutions, and private property owners.  Her roles span the whole lifecycle of a project from conception through implementation, serving as a bridge between the  client and the project team, managing process and schedules, preparing and monitoring budgets and contracts, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple stakeholders and teams.  Recently, she oversaw the master planning, design, and execution of the development of the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, a world-renowned, 300-acre mountain biking and public recreation destination in Bentonville, Arkansas.  

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.  She currently resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and manages D. R. Horne & Company’s Portsmouth office.
