Jon Livadas

Jon Livadas, Senior Associate at TWG, has more than a decade of property acquisition and development experience across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining TWG, Jon was a member of the Hospitality team at the Related Companies where he worked on the expansion and brand development of the Equinox Hotels. Before Related, Jon served as the Senior Director of Acquisitions at ClearRock Properties, a New York City based sponsor of commercial property acquisitions and redevelopments. Prior thereto, Jon was based in San Francisco where he worked at two private REITS and with the Hines Organization.

Jon holds a Masters from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.
