A private investment fund has been actively working toward a dynamic future for Bentonville, Arkansas. The vision for Bentonville has been to develop strong community values, elevate the area’s natural scenic beauty, and encourage an outdoor-oriented lifestyle. Targeted investments in new food and beverage concepts, music and art venues, startup incubators, and a network of mountain biking trails and support facilities have proven to be successful, appealing to a wide audience.
D. R. Horne & Company initiated the project, completing an initial feasibility and preliminary design phase. The project was then assigned for implementation to The Working Group, which has been engaged to develop the Tucker’s Corner site, an investment-grade, institutional quality asset. This premier site is located directly on the town square, in the heart of Bentonville’s culinary and hospitality center, and closely neighboring the region’s exceptional bike trails. A 140-key independently operated lifestyle-oriented boutique hotel is a key component of the project. Designed to serve as the living room for the community, as well as a home base for residents, visitors, and business travelers, the hotel has the potential to further characterize and enhance the future of Bentonville. Currently in design, with construction scheduled to commence in 2022, the project will be completed in 2024.
