Colleen Wolfe

Senior Project Manager

With seven years of experience working for D.R. Horne & Co. (DRH), Colleen Wolfe manages the progress of a number of projects. In doing so, Colleen works closely with a diverse set of clients from nonprofit organizations, family foundations and institutions, to individuals and private property owners. Colleen is involved with projects from conception through implementation –she serves as a bridge between the client and the project team, managing process and schedules, preparing and monitoring budgets and contracts, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple stakeholders and teams. Recently, she oversaw the master planning, design, and development of the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, a 300- acre world-renowned mountain biking and public recreation destination in Bentonville, Arkansas. Colleen helped manage the process with the client to shape the vision for the Preserve and then worked with the design and construction team to ensure the execution of that vision.

Within DRH, Colleen has been key to the development of a partnership with The Working Group (TWG), managing project workflow as it transitions from strategic planning and visioning phase services provided by DRH to implementation and development services provided by TWG.  Colleen provides consistency for clients across the entire lifecycle of a project and her role is critical to ensuring that client vision and intent is clearly articulated and realized at each stage in the design and development process.

Colleen has a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning, both from the University of Virginia.  She currently resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and manages D. R. Horne & Company’s satellite office there.
