Cheryl Bratsos
Design/Project Manager
Cheryl Bratsos is a Design/Project Manager at The Working Group. She is a licensed Architect with over a decade of demonstrated experience in design, construction, real estate development, and operations. She provides project management coupled with a nuanced understanding of the complexities of design, representing the stakeholders’ vision and goals throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Cheryl excels at motivating project teams to create unique solutions authentic to the project, its location, and the ambitions of stakeholders involved. Her management style fosters a collaborative, organized, and thoughtful delivery of all project phases including entitlements, design, and construction. Her design leadership ensures projects are executed with exceptional materials and detailing, and that programmatic and technical requirements are elegantly solved.
Prior to joining TWG, Cheryl served as the Director of Design and Senior Development Manager at the Boston based real estate development group Chevron Partners. There she set the strategic creative direction across their entire portfolio of value-add, design forward revitalization projects in residential, workplace, and hospitality sectors, and was accountable for all facets of project management of multiple concurrent development projects.
Formerly as a Project Architect at Baker Design Group, Cheryl played an integral role in the project management, design, strategy, and technical execution of a broad range of project types and scales including complex renovations, historic renovations, workplace design, educational facilities, event spaces, and institutional master plans.
Cheryl holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
